As a group, we decided that the floor plan should be precise and defined therefore we opted to use a computer programme rather than to personally hand draw the plan. We have used a simple numbering system to depict the locations of the artist's work around the space. Originally, we experimented with placing the floor plan inside of the box opening cover. After experimenting with the design of the box, we decided that it would be more appropriate to place the floor plan on the outside surface as it is easier to handle a a closed object and it also detracts the viewer's attention from focusing on the box rather than the artwork.
